RUSH evaluations must be paid online in advance. Those wishing other payment options should not use our video RUSH form but should choose another option.

Note: During the Video Evaluation call, the parent will share records of the child's learning during the live video call.
(Portfolio records are NOT shared in advance for video evaluations.)
The child will be present to listen in and/or join in the discussion of the live video call.

If you would rather share digital information in advance via emailed photos or scans or a link or such,
use our Online/Email option
instead.
If you want to send a question, put the word "Question" in the subject line to help us see it faster.

  For a RUSH evaluation via live video call, use the form on this page.
With this option, NO records are shown prior to the call. Portfolio records are shown while on the call. The student(s) must be present during the call; it will be similar to having them sit in on a parent-teacher conference.

Our fastest option is typically our online/email SPEEDY RUSH RUSH option.
Video evaluations are generally done in the afternoon or early evening. If you need other options, please see our online/email evaluation options.
